Tivazo Updates

We’re excited to roll out Desktop Agent V2.0.7 for Windows and Linux, delivering key fixes and enhancements for more accurate employee tracking. This update resolves the time overlapping issue, ensuring each new day starts fresh without carrying over previous logs. Dashboard access has been improved, allowing users to reliably open their dashboard to view tracked time, screenshots, and activities. Additionally, Liveboard break tracking has been refined; members on break are now correctly displayed in the Break section, with their status updated in real time once they resume work. These improvements provide a smoother, more reliable monitoring experience.

This release brings major updates to authentication, UI/UX, and screenshot management. The sign-in/sign-up flow has been redesigned with a modern, intuitive layout, improved error handling, and full mobile responsiveness for a smoother experience across devices. Tivazo’s interface is now fully responsive, with collapsible menus, touch-friendly elements, and fluid layouts for easier navigation on desktop, tablet, and mobile. Additionally, new screenshot management options empower admins and managers to download captured screenshots from the activity timeline and allow admins to delete screenshots when necessary for privacy and data control.

This update introduces new features, UI refinements, and bug fixes to make Tivazo more efficient and user-friendly. A new “Late Members” card has been added to the Liveboard for real-time visibility of late arrivals. The Billing section has been fully redesigned with clearer usability and added seat tracking (Total & Available Seats). The Download section now reflects the latest Desktop Agent UI, while unnecessary elements like comment boxes and links have been removed for a cleaner interface. Additionally, Microsoft Clarity integration provides deeper behavioral analytics. Bug fixes include improved filter dropdown behavior (auto-close after selection) and a tooltip on the Save button to guide unchanged keyword settings.

Key updates include enhanced productivity tracking, grace time configuration, billing accuracy, daily work hour tracking, and holiday management. On the frontend, users benefit from a new Recent Changes Dashboard, break time management UI, and a more intuitive holiday calendar with optimized performance. The Desktop Agent now supports screenshot masking, grace tie, and break time tracking, along with better synchronization and reduced memory usage. Multiple bug fixes and optimizations ensure smoother operation, including improved event handling, fixed name rendering, reliable auto-updates, and accurate idle detection.
