  • Free Plan Users: Basic account data and activity information are stored temporarily for service functionality and automatically deleted after the retention period.
  • Paid Plan Users: Additional data necessary for extended features and services is stored securely while the subscription is active.
  • External Integrations (Google, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Trello, and others): Tivazo uses integrations with trusted third-party providers only for authentication purposes. We do not store or retain external application data (such as Google profile details, Slack workspace data, Microsoft Teams credentials, or Zoom meeting details) beyond what is strictly required for login and verification during your session.

We do not use your data for advertising or resale purposes. Data is never shared with third parties for marketing without your consent.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide Tivazo services and in accordance with our retention policy:

Backup files Automatically purged within 90 days

Once the retention period expires, data is permanently deleted from our active systems.

 

  • In case of account cancellation or subscription expiry, user data will be removed according to the retention periods outlined above.
  • For free tools and temporary sessions, data is processed only during your active session and permanently discarded once the session ends.
